Mizano
Overview
Mizano is a real estate agency with more than 7 years of experience in selling and renting houses. Their clients are mostly from the West of the US and most of them are loyal customers who have been recommended by other clients, making their sales very successful. My job here was to work on their new website, elevating the user experience while maintaining the brand's hallmark.
Starting with an in-depth analysis of Mizano's existing platform, I meticulously reimagined the interface, infusing it with a fresh palette of colors and styles, chosen with the purpose of balancing between aesthetic and interaction.
Integration & Adaptability
Recognizing the diverse preferences in today's digital landscape, I placed a strong emphasis on adaptability. The website's responsive design ensures an impeccable experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones. To complement the website, I conceptualized and crafted a bespoke newsletter. It serves as an extension of the brand's refined communication, delivering handpicked listings, market insights, and exclusive content directly to subscribers' inboxes.
Research & Strategy
Working with experienced clients has the advantage of stepping into a known ground. My research was initially conducted with loyal clients and new ones to observe the perspective of two different experiences from the same service/company. One key challenge emerged: Balancing the need for a refreshed digital presence with Mizano's cherished brand standards.
With a clear understanding of user expectations and the challenge at hand, colors, typography, and imagery were meticulously chosen to align seamlessly with the established brand identity. I focused on simplifying user flows, ensuring clients could effortlessly navigate the website.
